This workout includes some unique and effective exercises to give you a great quick full body workout.
Here’s the workout:
8-minute Full Body AMRAP
20 – Band Plank Jacks
10 – Tricep Extension – Right Arm
10 – Tricep Extension – Left Arm
10 – Pushups
20 – Band Squat Jacks
Finish with a 50 yard sprint!
If you don’t have space to sprint, you can sub in 10 burpees!
