The #HiitBurnMethod - Your Downloads

An Important Note About The Workouts
(read before downloading)

Inside the main manual, you will notice that we provide you with 5-workouts per week (Monday through Friday). The reason we did this was because we wanted to give you the OPTION to train 5-days per week. This is our extra BONUS to you :)

That being said, we've found that following these workouts 3X per week is plenty to see amazing results. We recommend Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, it really depends on what works best for YOU!

Like we said... These workouts were made for REAL PEOPLE. So no matter how busy you are, you can find the time to get them in! 

The key is consistency!
