In this recipe, we are using No Bull Protein Powder, which only has one ingredient – whey protein isolate!

Maple Peanut Butter Protein Shake
-1/2 cup plain kefir
-1 tablespoon peanut butter
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
-1 scoop BCAAs
-1 scoop No Bull Whey Protein Isolate
-1 cup of ice
