We have found that you truly only need to workout 3-5 days a week for anywhere from 10-40 minutes to get awesome results!
For workouts, it is more about quality or quantity. That is also why we always teach to have perfect form when completing an exercise, rather then trying to get tons of repetitions with possibly bad form.
Something that really does matter in workouts is pushing yourself! It is within the point of where it is challenging and hard that breakthrough comes!
