You need to be following efficient and effective workouts! 

The workouts that I have outlined for you specifically are to be done 3x per week and last right around 30-35 minutes (this includes a warm up and cool down).

Your Workouts Have A "Cheat Code"

I've been creating and writing workouts for over a decade now. And, over the years my training style has definitely changed because of new information, testing, tweaking, etc. That said...

The basics have always stayed the same because it WORKS!

First and foremost, every workout you do should be programmed with purpose, so that you'll continue to make progress every single week!

And on your plan, I am making your main focus around Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Combining these two together is what I call "the cheat code."
