And today, I'm sharing the workout that we do every 1-2 months that consists of 4-rounds of 4-minutes with progressive rest in between rounds.
It was a doozy and left me drenched in sweat.
Here's what you'll do:
4-Minutes of as many Pushups as possible...
Rest 20-seconds
4-Minutes of as many Sit-Ups or V-Ups as possible...
Rest 40-seconds
4-minutes of as many Bodyweight Squats as possible...
Rest 60-seconds
4-minutes of as many Burpees as possible...
DONE!

I'll definitely be revisiting this workout every month or so, to see how much I can improve my scores.
The HIITBURN Method has been a huge help in increasing my cardio and muscular endurance...
This will really help with those burpees which really killed me.
