You Are Invited To The 50-Workout Challenge

Hey there it's Kelsey! And I want to invite you to join myself and the HIITBURN Community in a 50-Workout Challenge!

This challenge was inspired by Dennis’ mom, Debbie, who last year completed over 250+ workouts at her local Bootcamp!👏👏👏 A few weeks ago, the gym held a little gathering where they celebrated her commitment and consistency.

With Summer coming up faster than we realize, we started brainstorming some fun ways for all of us to set goals, stay consistent in our workouts, and start building the habits we need around our workouts. So…

Here’s WHY You Need The 50-Workout Challenge…

We had three main take-aways from the day we spent celebrating Debbie at her bootcamp.

  1. Having a goal like “complete 50-workouts” in a set period of time, will help build consistency and in turn, get you better results!
  2. We LOVE giving our community members recognition, and completing 50-workouts before Summer is something to be celebrated. So let’s do that for YOU!
  3. It’ll bring our community closer together! The more people we have going after this goal and taking on this challenge, the better because we can all hold each other accountable along the way.

Now, I know 50-workouts before Summer may seem intimidating, however…

Let me break it down for you…

50-Workouts Before Summer Breakdown…

So here’s the 50-Workout Challenge breakdown…

The Start Date: Monday March 13th, 2023 OR Monday March 20th!

This would put you 99-days away from Summer (which officially begins June 21st!), giving you plenty of time to get in your 50-workouts, build your consistency, and see amazing results. I mean…

Just imagine completing 50-workouts over the next 99-days… You’ll be stronger, leaner, and more fit than ever before!

AND… Just so you can see the math breakdown…

50-workouts in 99-days, would be an average of 3.5 workouts per week.

I feel like this is a really good and achievable number for most people. And…

I know some people will get there sooner than the 99-days, and that’s great! 

The 50-Workouts Challenge - Details You Need Know

I hope you are as excited for this as I am…

Because this will be such a fun challenge and I have a feeling that we are going to see a lot of amazing transformations.

So let’s dig into more of the rules, outline, and details…

Rules For The 50-Workout Challenge…

The rules are pretty simple…

  1. Only 1-workout per day counts - we don’t want to encourage doing 2-3 workouts per day just to reach the goal quicker. Balance is so key in your journey, and in this challenge we want to promote balance and consistency!
  2. A MAX of 6-workouts per week - again, we believe in balance and rest days are very important. So there is no need to train everyday. We encourage rest days. Ideally, we’d recommend sticking to doing 3-5 workouts per week to hit the goal. 
  3. Tracking your workouts - we are using the honor system here. After each workout, post a sweaty selfie or make a post in the Support Group letting us know what workout you just completed. Once the challenge is done, we will then be able to verify that you hit your 50-workouts.

That’s pretty much it for the rules. As for the outline and more details, see below…

50-Workout Challenge Outline…

Here’s the outline of workouts that we’ll be following:

  1. BOOST Program - this is our newest workout program, and people have been raving about the workouts. This will be a great starting place as it’s a good mix of workouts. 3-days per week, the workouts are right around 30-35 minutes, and 2-days a week the workouts are just 14-minutes. 
  2. Crush It Program - This has been one of our most loved programs ever, and this will be a great progression from BOOST. These workouts are a similar structure as BOOST, but put more of a focus on abs and cardio on the shorter workout days! 
  3. BRAND NEW SUMMER CHALLENGE - to finish off our 50-workout challenge, you’ll be getting access to our brand new challenge for summer. These workouts are currently getting built, and you will get instant access once they are ready to go!

Q) What if I already own BOOST or Crush It or both?

If you own BOOST or Crush It or both, we will swap out those programs for you and give you access to a different program(s). You can still follow the BOOST to Crush It to Summer Challenge plan with us, you’ll just be getting different programs you can do in the future - or if you want, use those programs instead of BOOST and/or Crush It.

Q) Can I choose to do different HIITBURN Workouts??

You definitely can. We outlined BOOST and Crush It because they are a great progression going from one to the next. That said, if you are already on a program or had a program in mind you wanted to start, all we ask is that you keep track of your progress and workouts completed with the Progress Sheet we provide. Also be sure to sign up for the 50-Workout Challenge, so you can qualify for all the prizes!

Q) Do I need to start on March 13th? 

You don’t, however, we do encourage you to start as soon as you can simply because summer is coming up quick. If you started the following week (March 20th) or even the week after, that would still give you plenty of time to complete the 50-Workouts!

Q) What equipment will I need? 

Both programs require a set of dumbbells and your bodyweight.

Q) What do I get if I complete all 50-workouts?
