Today, I've got a great workout for you that I call the "Jump Push Workout."
It's perfect to add as a finisher or to do as your HIIT workout.
Complete as many rounds of the following exercises as possible in 4-minutes! Rest only if needed.
-7 Box Jumps
-7 Decline Pushups
-7 Leap Ups (each leg = 14 total)
-7 Incline Pushups
(Dennis does 14 Incline Pushups each round if you are wanting to kick it up a notch!)
