Over the past few months, it seems like the Ketogenic Diet has been popping up everywhere.

If you aren’t familiar with the Ketogenic Diet, it basically has you drastically reduce your carbohydrate intake and replace them with healthy fats. And by doing this for a period of time, your body eventually enters a state known as “ketosis”.

Once you are in Ketosis, your body becomes very efficient at burning fat and can lead to great weight loss results. However…

As amazing as this sounds, there are some big negatives to this

You see, staying in Ketosis is quite difficult for many people. And getting into Ketosis  can be even worse…

The “Keto Flu” Is A Real Thing

If you’ve ever read anything about the Ketogenic Diet, chances are you’ve heard the term “Keto Flu.” In short…

The “Keto Flu” is what happens to many people when they get started on a Ketogenic Diet as a result of cutting out carbs for a period of time. And as a result, you can experience...

  • Headaches
  • Increased Cravings
  • Digestion Problems
  • times-circle
    Low Energy and Increased Fatigue
  • times-circle
    Irritability

And more.

You basically feel like you have the flu… And this can last for a week for some people, while others have reported it lasting for upwards of 3-5 weeks! Not fun…

Luckily, there’s a super simple solution that I’ll cover on the next page that some people call “Cyclical Ketogenic”. I’ll cover more on that on the next page…

Why Staying In Ketosis Can Be Even More Challenging…

OK, let's say you’ve gotten past the “Keto Flu”... It's smooth sailing now, right?

Wrong. One of the biggest challenges for people is actually staying in Ketosis. Why?

Because it’s incredibly strict.

  • If you eat carbs... You are out of Ketosis.
  • If you eat too much protein... You are out of Ketosis.
  • If you enjoy some wine or beer... You are out of Ketosis.
  • If you enjoy a dessert... You are out of Ketosis.

That is incredibly difficult to maintain over an extended period of time. And...

For the majority of people, this is just not realistic and it’s definitely NOT fun. Not to mention…

Having a social life or even just going out to eat while following a traditional Keto Diet can be incredibly difficult. Think about it...

No carbs. No wine or beer. No dessert. Worrying about if you’re eating too much protein…

No thank you.

Luckily, there is a better way!

On the NEXT PAGE, I’ll cover everything you need to know about what some people call “Cyclical Ketogenic” and a small twist you can include to make it even better…
