Below is where you can download all of your challenge materials. We have included both a weighted and bodyweight workout program. We have done this so that you can choose the one that fits your schedule and fitness level best. 

We have also include the Nutrition Challenge manual where we will show you exactly how to build your meals over the next 30-days. Remember, it's our goal to show you how to eat for YOUR body. And that manual will do just that!

We have also included over 100 fat burning recipes as well as done-for-you meal examples. We have many people who simply follow the done-for-you meals for the entire 30-days. If that's your thing, do it!
