STRATEGY #1: DENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Most people go into the gym, jump on a cardio machine and tune out, or, they jump on a bunch of ab machines and call it a day. This is where density interval training comes in... to add real focus, effort, and intensity into your training. Fitness Publications like Shape, Time Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal cannot stop talking about the effectiveness of Density Interval Training.
Density Interval Training keeps your metabolic rate higher for a longer period of time (up to 24 hours after you're done working out) because the intensity techniques we use end up keeping your body's heart rate higher throughout the rest of the day. What matters more than anything with Density Interval training is the right exercises in the right sequence to keep your body in that higher metabolic state. This is something I've mastered, and I can show you how to fit it into your routine.

Carb Cycling is when you alternate between eating days of higher amount of carbs and days of eating lower amounts of carbs. The gentle and flexible approach that I have personally crafted allows you to have sustained energy, burn fat, and build muscle.
I have created a few different Flexible Carb Cycle Protocols, and I have one that's specifically for people who are looking to lose weight! I will show you how you should include lower carb days, higher carb days, and what I call "flex days" (my favorite days) into your week!

Most of the workouts I see people doing only work one plane of motion and one angle. For example, most people do a lot of sit-ups and crunches... but these movements only work a front and back motion. This is known as your frontal plane. Articles have been circulating that say it is basically pointless to work the frontal plane of motion if you are not working the saggital plane of motion (side to side movements) and the transverse plane of motion (twisting movements) too.
This means that anyone who is only doing crunches, sit-ups, or other frontal plane Ab movements is leaving a lot of results on the table. You're getting 33% of the results you could be getting since you're only working 1 out of 3 planes of motion!
The 3DX Method is my personal method of hitting every angle of your Abs and seeing them grow at the fastest pace.
