Here's How To Do It...

BY KELSEY HEENAN, HIITBURN.com

Everyone I speak to wants faster results. And what you’re about to learn is cutting edge for that.

Once I implemented this, I was blown away by how quickly my results increased... And the best part is how simple it is.

For those who have followed me on Instagram or Facebook, watched me on YouTube, or simply read some of my articles here on HIITBURN, you are probably aware of another technique I’ve shared, known as “Carb Cycling.”

Carb Cycling is my go-to nutrition approach, and I do it everyday and with every client I work with.

However, once I started including “Carb Backloading” with my Carb Cycling approach, that’s when my results really went to that next level.

And the best part is, it’s SO simple to implement. First…

What is Carb Backloading?

Many people believe that eating your carbs earlier in the day is best for fat loss. And…

Although there is nothing wrong with this approach, as soon as I started implementing Carb Backloading, my results dramatically increased. And my clients who have implemented this agree.

In short, Carb Backloading is eating the majority of your carbs later in the day. It's truly that simple.

To make this even easier for you, I’ll outline my super simple “Carb Backloading” process:

The 3 Basics To Carb Backloading:

1. Consume the majority of your carbs in the evening

Put simply, eat the majority of your carbs at dinner. Your other carbs for the day should be eaten around your workouts, preferably post workout.

Earlier in the day, you can still include some carbs, however keep them lower since you are saving the majority for later in the day. One of the things I love about this approach is the amazing dinners that you get to enjoy!

2. Focus on one-ingredient carbs

I cannot tell you how important this is. As I am sure you already know, all carbs are not created equal. That's why it's important to focus on one-ingredient complex carbs like sweet potatoes, potatoes, rice, beans, oats, etc..

3. Continue following your Carb Cycle

Carb Cycling and Carb Backloading are an amazing combination. Following this super simple Carb Backloading outline while following the Carb Cycle that fits your body is going to be an AMAZING combination.
