You’ll start each workout with 2 Strong Supersets. Each workout, you'll have a different muscle group that you are focusing on - whether that be lower body, upper body push, or upper body pull. That said, all the workouts on this plan are full body workouts so that you can target each muscle group every time you train. I believe this is one of the best ways to train for faster results, as you’ll see on this plan!

On the Hypertrophy Tri-Set, you’ll be kicking up the heat and doing 3 exercises back to back. The purpose of our Tri-Set is to really target specific body parts to give them a little extra work. For example, in workout 1, our Tri-Set is more arm focused. You're really going to feel the burn and noticed your muscles getting more toned each week. I know you're going to love the tri-sets on this plan!

Each workout on this plan has an Abs Circuit that you'll do. The circuit is a combination of direct ab exercises (to strengthen your core) and higher intensity ab exercises (to burn the fat around your midsection). You'll cycle through a lot of great exercises so that you can keep making progress!

Cardio is an important piece to your overall health, longevity, and the results you see. That said, the RIGHT kind of cardio is important. And when it comes to getting faster results, High Intensity Cardio is best. In your cardio circuit, you'll challenge yourself and your cardio no matter what your fitness level!

RELAX & RECOVER
Finally, you’ll finish the workout with a good cool down and some stretches that will feel amazing after the work you just did. You’ll spend a few moments reflecting on your workout, catching your breath, and feeling amazing about what you just accomplished!
