Here's How To Make It:
Take 12-16 ounces of water (cold, warm, or hot), and mix in 1/2 to 1 full lemon/lime. Then add 1-2 pinches of high quality sea salt (we use Pink Himalayan Salt). Mix well and drink over the course of the next 5-10 minutes.
(BONUS Ingredient: add 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar)
That is it.
Not only is this a great way to jump start your body first thing in the morning, we've also found it to be a great way to have more energy and boost metabolism throughout the day.
