I'm currently following our 21-Day Carb Cycle program because it's so simple, so flexible, and brings awesome results.


It's been going great so far, and I am already seeing a difference. On this plan, we start each week off with a few lower carb days in a row, and this really helps set you up for success the rest of the week.


This is something I recommend everyone doing as it's just a great way to get back on track (especially after the weekend)...


That said, you may be wondering...


What does a low carb day look like?


That's a great question so I figured I'd share a full day worth of meals with you.

Keep in mind, I do NOT count calories, I do NOT measure, and I do NOT weigh food.


I simply cycle my carbs and eat when we are hungry and until we are satisfied. I'll cover more about cycling your carbs on the next page, but for now...


Remember to KEEP IT SIMPLE!


OK, so since yesterday was a lower carb day for me, here's what I ate:


Full Day Of Low Carb Meals:


7AM: Black Coffee
8AM: 3 eggs topped with a veggie stir fry (brussel sprouts, chopped kale, onions, peppers, spinach). Cooked in grass fed butter and topped with cheese
10AM: Apple with Almond Butter
12:30PM: HUGE Salad :) which included chopped kale and spinach as the base, then I added chicken, cheese, chopped almonds and tossed in an olive oil balsamic dressing
2:30PM: Whey protein shake with banana (post workout)
5:00PM: Peppers and cucumbers with hummus
7:45PM: Grass fed steak, brussel sprouts and broccoli stir fry cooked in grass fed butter
8:30PM: Dark chocolate :)


As you can see, lots of great tasting high quality, ONE ingredient foods. And...


No counting, no measuring, no weighing.
