Because of that, I am excited to announce our newest program that I am calling IGNITE Express!
These workouts are designed to be done just 3x per week, and they last right around 40-minutes (including the warm up and cool down). That means you can show up, get in your workout, and move on with your day!
These workouts feature some really fun workout elements that I know you'll love.
So let me show you what that means:
WARM UP
PRIMING YOUR BODY
Each workout will begin with a good warm-up to help prime your body to get the most out of each rep and set that you do. You'll go through a series of moves to help improve mobility and flexibility, and then get your body temperature up so you are ready to go for the workout ahead.

SUPERSETS
BURN, SCULPT, & GET STRONG
You’ll start each workout with 3 Supersets. Each day will have a different focus, whether that be lower body, upper body push, or upper body pull. That said, all the workouts on this plan are full body workouts so that you can target each muscle group every time you train. I believe this is one of the best ways to train for faster results as you’ll see on this plan!

On the Tri-Set, you’ll be kicking up the heat and doing 3 exercises back to back. The purpose of our Tri-Set is to really target specific body parts to give them a little extra work. For example, in workout 1, our Tri-Set is more leg focused since that’s our main target for that day. I know you're going to love the tri-sets on this plan!

FINISH YOUR STRONGEST
Each workout needs to have a finisher, right? This is where you’ll be focusing more on conditioning and abs to really make sure you finish each workout STRONG!

RELAX & RECOVER
Finally, you’ll finish the workout with a good cool down and some stretches that will feel amazing after the work you just did. You’ll spend a few moments reflecting on your workout, catching your breathe, and feeling amazing about what you just accomplished!
