Termination/Cancelation

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site/social media or app at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Site/social media or app affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site/social media or the app, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Service, shall survive.

Refund Policy

Digital Programs: 

All digital programs have a 30 day Money In Guarantee. Meaning you can use a store credit to purchase a new program of equal or lesser value to replace the original program purchased. However, if you have received a refund for a digital program or challenge in the past, you are not eligible for refunds in future programs.

Challenges:

All challenges have a 30 day Money In Guarantee. Meaning you can use a store credit to purchase a new program of equal or lesser value to replace the original program purchased. However, if you have received a refund for a digital program or challenge in the past, you are not eligible for refunds in future programs. Please note that Challenges can only be refunded before the start date of challenge. 

Physical Products:

Physical products cannot be refunded. Physical products are final sale. 

App: 

App cancelations need to be requested before your charge is completed. There is an email that goes out 7 days before you are charged as a reminder. If you request a cancelation after your charge has been processed, you will not be charged moving forward but we can not go back and submit a refund. Coaching:

Coaching and small group coaching programs cannot be refunded for any reason. If you wish to cancel your small group coaching with Kelsey, please email support@hiitburn.com and we will cancel your subscription. 

Please note: We reserve the right to research the original purchase, and to limit or decline refunds. All refund requests made are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

After submitting your request, we do our best to get these done quickly for you. That said, it may take up to 3-7 business days to review.
