Kelsey here! As you probably already know, I love a killer glute workout. And today, I’ve got one that will have those glutes burning ?
Here’s what you’ll do:
Instructions: Complete 45-seconds on each exercise, followed by a 15-second rest. Rest 60-seconds between full rounds. Complete 3 times.
Alternating Step Ups: 45-seconds
Rest 15-seconds
Glute Bridges: 45-seconds
Rest 15-seconds
Side Lunges: 45-seconds
Rest 15-seconds
Flutter Kicks: 45-seconds
Rest 15-seconds
Donkey Kicks (leg side): 45-seconds
Rest 15-seconds
Donkey Kicks (right leg): 45-seconds
