Alright, so we led a workout this past weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona for an amazing group of people for a Fitness Retreat!
We were told that many of the people burned upwards of 250 calories in just 10-minutes which is amazing!
We used our Glute Activator Band for some of the workout, which will make it much more effective!
Alright, lets get to the workout…

2-minutes of Glute Activation (using this band)
1-minute – Banded Side Steps (video)
10-seconds – rest
1-minute – Banded Squat Pulsars (video)
30-seconds rest and then move into density intervals:
30-seconds: Shoulder Tap Push Ups (video)
30-seconds: Jump Lunges or Reverse Alt Lunges (video)
Do this 2-times through (2-minutes)
After the 2-minutes, rest for 60-seconds then…
30-seconds: Banded Squat Jumps (video)
30-seconds: Banded Plank Jacks (video)
Do this 2-times through (2-minutes)
After the 2-minutes, rest for 60-seconds then…
30-seconds: Sit Throughs or Jumping Jacks
30-seconds: Mountain Climber + Push Up
Do this 2-times through (2-minutes)
