3 Moves That Sculpt Rock Solid Abs

How To Sculpt Rock Solid Abs With Just 3 Moves…

Each of these movements are an excellent way sculpt your abs to be rock solid. The best part about them is that you don’t need any equipment…just your body!

1) Ab Row Boats:

This simple motion allows you to target all areas of your abdomen. You will build strength from maintaining that torso position throughout the exercise while working out all those smaller ab muscle to move from side to side. Perform for 30 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds for 5 rounds!

2) Sit Throughs:

These are a great exercise to incorporate into any workout as it will sculpt your abs while also getting your heart rate up! Your core is working hard to keep your knees off the ground while you shift your weight side to side. Because this involves your entire body, your heart rate will increase which is great to help burn fat fast around the midsection!

3) Rocking Planks:

This is a great variation of the traditional plank. Holding a plank builds incredible strength in your core. Adding in a little movement builds it even more! While the range of motion on this exercise isn’t large, it’s a killer. Perform this movement for 30 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds for 4 rounds!
