In today’s video, we will go over some great exercises to do on an airplane or at home on the couch to help activate muscles and reduce anxiety + boredom.
I do these every 1-2 hours on an airplane or when I am at home, I’ll do them for a few minutes while watching a show.
It’s amazing what just a few minutes can do for you.

The Exercises:
-Seated Clams
-Shoulder Rotations
-Kick Backs
-Side Raises
-Shoulder Complex
You can do 10-15 reps on each or 30-seconds on each exercise for 1-2 rounds. The key is to ACTIVATE those MUSCLES 🙂
