Here they are:

1) Pushups

2) Dumbbell Overhead Press

3) Shoulder Tap Pushups

4) Side Shoulder Raises

5) Barbell Overhead Press

6) T-Pushups

As you can see, I included a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises…
