Complete 2 rounds on the exercises below, without resting. Try to move from one ab exercise to the next with as little rest as possible…
V-Ups: 15 reps
Leg Raise To Hip Up: 15 reps
Planks: 60-seconds (we are counting this as one long rep!)
Move back to the top for one more round!
There you have it, 62 reps, and your abs will be DONE!
