You can do them any days you choose, but make sure you do 5 of them over the course of the next 7 days…

You’re going to kickstart your results so that you can be primed and ready as you go into these summer months…
And that’s going to start NOW!

This is NOT about perfection…
It’s about consistency over time.
And a 7-Day Challenge, anyone can do that (especially this one because YOU get to choose the workouts from our YouTube channel)
So whether you have 5-minutes or 50-minutes, you can find a workout that fit your schedule 🙂
