I wanted to invite you to join me for a fun little 7-Day Challenge before summer starts…

And OMG is it catching FIRE!

So many of you jumped at the opportunity and said “I AM IN” which is just so fun 🙂

And if you was you… How did day one go?!

Did you need any help with anything?

And for those of you who didn’t get started today, I wanted to let you know that you can still get started with the challenge…

The first step is…

Or you can think of something more creative – just be sure to show your excitement 😉

Second…

Start the 7-Day Carb Cycle…

This will take care of everything on the nutrition side…

Finally…

Follow it and make sure to keep track of your results, because you’re going to see a ton of progress!

Choose FIVE workouts from our YouTube and get them in this week…

You can do them any days you choose, but make sure you do 5 of them over the course of the next 7 days…

We have lots of follow along workouts to choose from here on our channel…

The goal of this challenge is simple:

To create MOMENTUM before summer!

You’re going to kickstart your results so that you can be primed and ready as you go into these summer months…

And that’s going to start NOW!

And like I said yesterday…

This is NOT about perfection…

It’s about consistency over time.

And a 7-Day Challenge, anyone can do that (especially this one because YOU get to choose the workouts from our YouTube channel)

So whether you have 5-minutes or 50-minutes, you can find a workout that fit your schedule 🙂
