We’ve got a great 8-minute ab workout for you today that I am so excited for you to try!
Now, to make this workout more advanced, you’ve gotta do it by adding in our Upgaded Mini Band (which we have just released). Discount link is here!
Since this workout was filmed a few months ago, I am using the old version of our mini-bands. Those are still great, but our new ones are NEXT LEVEL!

Here’s the workout:
Complete the circuits below as described.
Circuit 1 – 2-minute AMRAP
10 – Band Plank Jacks
10 – Leg Raises
10 – Band Glute Raises
After the 2-minutes, take a 1-minute rest then move to the next circuit…
Circuit 2 – 2-minute AMRAP
10 – Band Bicycles (5 each side)
10 – Outside Mountain Climbers (5 each side)
5 – Side Plank Leg Raises (right side)
5 – Side Plank Leg Raises (left side)
After the 2-minutes, take a 1-minute rest then move to the next circuit…
Circuit 3 – 2-minute AMRAP
10 – Plank Spiderman Climbs (band around arms)
10 – Assisted In-n-Outs
5 – Burpees
