And it’s incredibly simple, Carb Cycling and Intermittent Fasting Approved, and just DELISH!
INGREDIENTS:
- Avocado (halved)
- Grass Fed Ground Beef
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cheddar Cheese
- Green onions
DIRECTIONS:
Cook your grass fed ground beef with salt and pepper. Once done, cut your avocado in half and scoop out about a teaspoon (to make more room to add the beef).
Add your beef to the avocado center, then top it with plain greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
ENJOY!
This is seriously SO easy to make, but so dang good. And, you can even bring it to work with you for a great snack or low carb lunch 🙂
