Flutter Kicks – Ab Exercise
If you’re looking for an exercise that will help target your abs, give this one a try:
Why we like it:
This movement, which can be done on the floor or on a bench like in the video above, use both your abs and obliques (for stabilization).
The reason we like using a bench is because you can get deeper on your kicks, as opposed to lying on the floor where your movement is more limited.
That being said, both work great!
