So, I put a workout together today that you can do with just one single pair of dumbbells.
Directions: Do 40-seconds on each exercise with a 20-second rest in between. Do 3 rounds.
- Arnold Press
- Front Squats
- Single Arm Press + Hold
- Sumo Squat
- Bicep Curl + Side Shoulder Raise Complex
