Low Carb Cherry Pecan Protein Balls

We are always looking for some amazing, healthy snacks on the go!

We know having healthy snacks on hand is a great way to set yourself up to eating well throughout the day!

These protein balls are AMAZING and are perfect for a low carb snack or an evening treat!

Cherry Pecan Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
¼ cup unsweetened tart cherries
¼ cup roasted pecans, crushed

Instructions:

Crush pecans into small pieces.
In a large bowl mix protein powder, peanut butter and honey together until well combined.
Slowly mix in coconut milk.
Then add in tart cherries, crushed pecans and mix well.
Place mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Begin to roll your protein balls by taking about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and rolling it into a small ball. Set aside and roll the rest of the mixture.

*Enjoy on a lower carb day!

as well as potassium, magnesium and copper. They have also been said to help with muscle
recovery and muscle soreness!
