Salmon and Avocado Better Bowl
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon ginger
1 clove minced garlic
2 portions salmon
3 medium zucchini, spiralized!
Sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)
1 avocado
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Mix Braggs Aminos, honey, ginger and garlic in a bowl to make sauce.
2. Add sauce to salmon in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Let salmond and sauce marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. In a nonstick skillet, sear salmon skin side up for about 3 minutes. Save remaining marinade for later.
4. Flip so skin side is down, cover, and turn heat to low. Cook for another 4 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
5. Blanch the spiralized zucchini noodles in boiling water for 1 minute.
6. Remove cooked fish from pan and add remaining marinade. Bring to a gentle simmer.
7. Stir noodles in with sauce.
8. Add noodles to bowl and top with salmon! Garnish with green onions and avocado, if desired.
