Fancy Rice Cakes are the new “toast!”
That’s right, in today’s recipe, instead of using bread we are using rice cakes… And it will be delicious!
This is a high protein recipe that includes healthy fats to keep your hunger satisfied and give you energy.
Here’s the recipe for today:
Low Carb Fancy Rice Cake
(recipe below)
Salmon and Avocado
Ingredients:
1 Rice cake
½ an avocado
About 2 ounces of cooked, salmon
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Spread avocado onto rice cake
Break salmon into small pieces and add to top of rice cake
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Enjoy on a low carb day!
