We absolutely LOVE anything avocado! It is such a great healthy fat to eat on our low carb days! So, we wanted to share this AMAZING creamy avocado dip recipe you can make!
We love to dip carrots, celery, or any type of veggie into this delicious dip!
Ingredient:
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 1/2 limes
A handful of chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut avocado in half, remove the pit and peel the avocado into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Mash avocado with a fork.
Add in greek yogurt, the juice of two limes, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro.
Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
Top with your remaining tablespoon of cilantro.
Enjoy on a lower carb day!
