Check out this delicious and fun golden, cauliflower rice recipe we made!

Ingredients:
1 bag of cauliflower rice
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until it becomes soft and golden in color.
Add in cauliflower rice and stir well. Stir in garlic, turmeric, cumin, salt and pepper. Let cook for
5-10 minutes, stir frequently. Remove from heat and add lime juice, salt and pepper. Garnish
with cilantro.
Pair this with a meat protein and enjoy on a lower carb day!
