We loved them and still like to eat them, but have created this AMAZING Adult PB & J recipe that can be eaten on a low carb day!

It is so simple, but it perfect when you are jammed for time, but want something yummy and healthy.
Here’s the recipe:
Blueberry & Almond Butter Fancy Rice Cake!
**A snack fav!
Ingredients:
1 Rice cake
1 tablespoon almond butter
A handful of blueberries
Instructions:
Spread almond butter onto rice cake
Add blueberries to a small bowl and lightly mash
Add mashed blueberries on top of rice cake.
Enjoy on a low carb day!
This is a super simple and delicious snack to enjoy on a lower carb days!
We love Lundberg (or whatever kind you like best!) rice cakes because they are low in carbs and made of just organic whole grain brown rice and sea salt!
Almond Butter contains a lot of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. It is loaded with antioxidants and has been said to lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol.
*A quick note when picking an almond butter, be sure to check the ingredients and look for brands that contain only almonds and do not have any added sugar.
