We are always looking for and working on healthy food swaps for some of our regular foods and snacks.
And, we found an amazing one to swap our regular chip….
Zucchini chips!
They are a healthy option to satisfy your hunger! They are a great snack for a low carb day!

INGREDIENTS:
3 zucchinis
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thinly slice or mandolin zucchinis.
Add zucchini slices, avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to a bowl. Toss to coat zucchinis well.
Transfer zucchinis onto your baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them!).
