Refund Policy – Coaching
We believe in our HIITBURN Coaching Program, and it’s our #1 goal that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. This is the reason we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
What the Satisfaction Guarantee is:
We want you to feel confident that our HIITBURN Coaching Program is providing you with everything that we promised. If you feel like we did not live up to our promise, please email us at “[email protected]” and we will review your request.
What the Satisfaction Guarantee is NOT:
Our satisfaction guarantee is not an excuse for you not using the coaching program. We 100% believe in our Coaching Program, and we personally put a lot of time and effort into these plans, and so it’s our goal to help you be successful and make this work because we know this process does work. That said, our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover you perceiving the plan won’t work and/or not be a right fit for you before trying it. It also does not cover you not giving the plan an honest try and/or utilizing your HIITBURN coach. Please review our refund policy for further details on the matter.
Customers are entitled to a FULL REFUND, granted they meet HIITBURN’s Terms and Conditions.
Terms and conditions include:
Customer must notify HIITBURN of his/her desire to seek a refund within 14 Days of the Coaching Plan being emailed to the customer. All requests for refunds of completed Coaching Plans after 14 days will be denied. All refund requests should be emailed to “[email protected]”. Emailed refund requests need to include the reason for requesting a refund.
Prior to any refund being issued, HIITBURN reserves the right to modify a customer’s Coaching Plan one time, in an effort to better suit the customer. HIITBURN will have 30 days from the date of the initial refund request to modify and resend a Coaching Plan.
In the case a modified Coaching Plan is still deemed insufficient by the customer, and meets our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, the customer must notify HIITBURN within 14 days of the modified Coaching Plan being emailed to the customer. This notification must be emailed to “[email protected]”.
Once all conditions have been met, HIITBURN will be required to issue a refund within 30 days.
Pertaining to Coaching Plans with Incomplete Questionnaires:
Any customer seeking a refund on a coaching plan where the questionnaire was never completed and/or submitted to HIITBURN, is entitled to a FULL REFUND, up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
