We have a TOTAL BODY BURNOUT workout for you today!

Directions:

Circuit #1

Complete 30-seconds on each of the following exercises, with no rest in-between movements. Rest for 30-seconds after completing both movements before repeating for the next round. Complete 3 total rounds.

1) Dumbbell Thrusters
2) Dumbbell Side Shoulder Raises

Circuit #2

Complete 30-seconds on each of the following exercises, with no rest in-between movements. Rest for 30-seconds after completing both movements before repeating for the next round. Complete 3 total rounds.

1) Squat Jumps
2) Dumbbell Glute Raises

Finisher:

Complete the following exercises for 20-second on, 10-seconds rest. Complete 3 rounds total.

1) Half Burpee
2) Ground to Sky Jump
3) Russian Twists

*Modifications:

Dumbbell Thrusters — Air Squat + Overhead Reach
Squat Jumps — Air Squats
Dumbbell Glute Raises — Glute Raises
Half Burpee — Mountain Climbers
Ground to Sky Jumps — Air Squats
Russian Twists — Russian Twists with Feet on Ground
