Got a few unique ab exercises that I wanted to share with you today, ones that I’ve been incorporating into my training the last few weeks with great success.

Adding in the right core workouts is a MUST.
And today, you’ll see three of the exercises that I’ve been using lately to really blast my core.
Here’s the pic of the exercises…
From top to bottom, we’ve got:
- Plank Mountain Climber
- Side Plank Dip
- Dolphin Plank.
All super tough and perfect for building up core strength, stability, and endurance.
To use these in a workout, put them in a 20-10 interval for 2-4 rounds or put them back to back to back for 30-seconds each, rest 30-seconds between full rounds and complete 2-4 times.
Either one will shred up your core and give you one awesome workout!
Try adding in those 3 exercises to your workout today.
You’ll definitely feel the burn in your abs and get your heart rate amped up a bit…
