MARCH 1ST, 2018 WORKOUT
Note: we are traveling right now and didn’t have access to any workout equipment, except our mini-bands which you can get here.
If the reps are too high, feel free to drop them to fit your fitness level. And, if you have questions on any of the exercises, you can always ask us 🙂
For rest: Take 30-60 seconds rest in between sets
-Bulgarian Split Squats: 4 sets of 20 reps
-Banded Lat Pull-Downs: 4 sets of 60-seconds
-Banded Air Squats: 4 sets of 20 reps
-Banded Pushups: 4 sets of 20 reps
-Banded Glute Raises: 4 sets of 20 reps (video)
