If you don’t have a mini band, grab your HIITBURN Mini Band while supplies last:
Here’s the workout:
Do the following exercises in a 40-seconds on, 20-seconds off interval. The last exercise in the circuit you will skip the 20-second rest and do the exercise for the entire minute as a burnout!
Then, rest for 1-minute between rounds. Complete 4 rounds.
40-seconds: Lateral Walks (do 5 steps right, then come back and do 5 steps left, repeat for the entire 40-sec. interval)
40-seconds: Alternating Side Lunges
40-seconds: Band Hip Thruster
1-minute: Band Squat Jacks – for the entire minute!
Then rest for 1-minute and repeat the circuit. BOOM!
