Who doesn’t love ice cream?
If you’re looking for a great low carb dessert, we’ve got you covered!
-1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
-½ a frozen banana
-¼ cup frozen riced cauliflower
-handful of ice
-0ptional – splash of unsweetened almond milk (depending on how thick you prefer your ice cream!)

1) Add protein, banana, cauliflower, ice and almond milk (optional) to the blender.
2) Blend on high for about 20 seconds. Mix, and then blend again until well combined.
3) Serve immediately.
Why the cauliflower?
We love adding cauliflower to recipes because it is in rich in vitamins and minerals. For example, it is packed with vitamin C, which is great for the immune system. It’s also a good source of vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, potassium, and manganese.
