100 Rep Bodyweight Workout
Complete all reps on each exercise before jumping to the next. Rest ONLY when needed:
25 Squat Jumps or Bodyweight Squats
25 Pushups or Incline Pushups
25 Jump Lunges (per leg) – FEEL THE BURN!
25 Burpees – You knew this was coming 🙂
