3 Reasons You Can’t Get Lean

By Dennis Heenan October 15, 2016

When it comes to getting leaner, your nutrition approach needs to be dialed in… That said…

A good nutrition plan is also about…

  1. Getting YOU healthy.
  2. Helping YOU feeling good while doing it.
  3. Allowing YOU to SEE visible results.

Because let’s be completely honest… What is the point of going on a diet if you are miserable the whole time, isn’t setting you up for future success, and does not let you SEE results in the mirror (quickly)?

For the last few years, Kelsey and I have scoured the internet, book stores, magazines, and more looking at all the different diets on the market… And one BIG conclusion we came to was that all of them are way too long and complicated.

They consist of 247 pages of “fluff” just to make it “look” more valuable when the reality is… It just confuses people causing them to quick and look for something else…

So that’s the first reason you are struggling to get lean…

1) You are confused, overwhelmed, and downright frustrated with the nutrition plans you have tried in the past…

Whether they require counting or weight your food, drastically restricting all the foods you love, or telling you that all your meals must be “low carb AND low fat” if you want to get lean.

Let me be the first to say, this is NOT the way a diet is supposed to be. A diet is supposed to bring energy, health, and results you can physically SEE in the mirror.

That right there leads us into our second reason you may be struggling to get lean…

2) Lack of physical results…

Did you know that early on in a crash or low calorie diet, that 70% of the weight lost is muscle and water? Surprising? I think not…

With fat being the bodies longest lasting source of energy, when you don’t feed your body the fuel it needs… It goes into a kind of “starvation mode” and starts storing fat in order to use it as back up energy for later…

This is the reason that people can lose weight on crash diets yet be HIGHER in body fat than before (not a good combination)…

Again, there is a better way…

By feeding your body the right foods, you will naturally start burning fat while preserving your lean muscle. The perfect combination…

And doing it is as easy as…

Manipulating the foods you put in your body.

Finally, the third reason you end up not getting lean is because…

3) You quit…

The vast majority of the diet and nutrition plans on the market fall under the categories of “Don’t Work” or “Too Much Work.”

And as you know… If something is “Too” much work… More likely than not it is not going to work.

We all like solutions that are simple, to the point, and get the job done.

It’s kind of like… Why workout for 60 minutes when 30 minutes will do?

The same is true for your diet… Why spend hours counting and weight food when all you really need to do is focus on eating the right foods at the right time?

Here’s the thing…

If you found a plan that had no “fluff”, was straight and to the point, allowed you to physically see results week after week, and easily allowed you to stick to it…

You WOULD succeed. Simple as that.

Now here’s the great news about all of this…

Kelsey and I have just released a BRAND NEW nutrition program that was designed with simplicity in mind. This plan was developed with YOU, the USER in mind… A plan that focused on doing things simply yet bringing massive results.
