So many people aren’t focusing on the right exercises in order to help them get there. So…
I thought I’d share 4 different arm exercises that I use that will help you get stronger and more toned arms.
I’ve included 3 weighted exercises, and one bodyweight exercise!

Exercise #1 – Overhead Press
Be sure to use a weight that is challenging for you. 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps is what you want to do here. Make sure you keep great form throughout!
Exercise #2 – Pushups
Good ol’ pushups! Pushups may be one of the best exercises, period. So it’s no wonder they are on this list!
Exercise #3 – Side Shoulder Raises
Love, love, LOVE these! Once again, make sure form stays perfect throughout the movement.
Exercise #4 – Barbell Upright Row
This may look simple, but this is a great movement to really target your shoulders!
Of course, there are plenty of other great shoulder exercises out there, but these 4 are the ones I do consistently. And seriously…
