I love Monday’s. Yes, I know…
I am one of “THOSE” people 😉
But let me tell you why I love Monday’s…
It’s a perfect time to START!
It doesn’t matter if you screwed up on your diet over the weekend, or skipped your workouts last week… Heck…
Even if you already ate a donut this morning… That’s OK!
Today is a new day. RIGHT NOW is a new time.
A time you can reset and restart.
How? A few ways…
1) Make your next meal your most important meal.
Have something healthy. Lean protein, some veggies, healthy fats, good complex carbs…
2) If you are sitting down reading this, stand up and MOVE.
Stretch, do some bodyweight squats, go for a 5-minute walk.
3) If you have a soda or sugary drink on your desk, dump it.
Go get a water bottle or fill your glass with water.
4) Don’t skip your workout today.
Even if you skipped it this morning, there is still time to get it in.
These are just a few ways you can quickly get back on track to start the week off right…
And once you make one of those changes, let the momentum continue to roll the rest of this week…
Remember, there is never going to be the “perfect” time to start.
So start NOW!
