For a long time, my upper body strength was a big weakness for me. I was under the impression that I would never be strong or have a toned upper body.
Until one day…Enough was enough.
I remember it was in a particular workout that I was doing with Dennis and some of his friends.
I finished dead last because I couldn’t do a lot of the strength exercises.Over the next several months, STRENGTH became a focus of mine.After just a few weeks of focusing on getting stronger, I started seeing major progress and changes.
It was amazing!
