As for my sample day of eating…
You can see that below.
It’s a lower carb day (something I do every Monday) to get back on track after the weekend.
My Sample Day Of Eating
7am – water, greens, morning cocktail, coffee
9am – 3 eggs, sautéed spinach and brussels sprouts
11:30am – protein shake with coconut milk, ice, banana
12pm – salad with salmon, avocado, cheese, bacon bits, and an olive oil dressing
3pm – beef jerkey, rice cake with almond butter
5:30pm – high protein greek yogurt with banana cinnamon whey protein
7:30pm – grass fed steak, veggie stir fry, cauliflower rice
8:30pm – a few squares of dark chocolate
As you can see, I focus each meal around protein, healthy fats, and veggies. Then…
I throw in some carbs post workout to fuel my muscles.
I can’t tell you how good I feel after just one day of eating like this…
It can make all the difference in how you start you week…
