Advanced At Home Fat Burning Workout:
Perform 30 seconds on each exercise with no rest in between. Rest ONLY where it says to rest.
1a) Pushups
1b) Cross Body Mountain Climbers
1c) Bodyweight Squats
1d) Jump Lunges
Rest 30-seconds and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3-rounds.

2a) T-Pushups
2b) Squat Jumps
2c) Close Grip Pushups
2d) Ice Skaters
Rest 30-seconds and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3-rounds. (7.5m)

3a) Burpees
3b) Reverse Alternating Lunges
3c) Prisoner Squat Jumps
3d) Sprints in Place
Rest 30-seconds and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3-rounds. (7.5m)
Finisher

4b) Wall Sits: 30-seconds
