Almond Butter Cup Cookies

So last week, HIITBURN Coach Rachel (and the mastermind behind our AMAZING recipes), messaged our team saying how delicious her new Almond Butter Cup Cookie recipe was.

When she sent it over, I knew immediately that it was something I just had to share with you. So…

If you are looking for a delicious dessert, then you’ve gotta try this recipe:

Almond Butter Cup Cookies:

(ingredients and directions and below the video)

Ingredients:

-1 banana, mashed
-¾ cup creamy almond butter
-2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
-2 eggs
-½ cup coconut flour
-½ teaspoon baking powder
-¼ teaspoon salt
-½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

-Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
-In a large bowl, mash banana well. Add almond butter, coconut oil, eggs, coconut flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl. Stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips and stir again.
-Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place about a tablespoon of dough onto the sheet. Continue until dough is gone.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

The health benefits of almonds include lowering blood sugar levels, reducing blood pressure and lowering cholesterol levels.
