When she sent it over, I knew immediately that it was something I just had to share with you. So…
If you are looking for a delicious dessert, then you’ve gotta try this recipe:
Almond Butter Cup Cookies:

Ingredients:
-1 banana, mashed
-¾ cup creamy almond butter
-2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
-2 eggs
-½ cup coconut flour
-½ teaspoon baking powder
-¼ teaspoon salt
-½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
-In a large bowl, mash banana well. Add almond butter, coconut oil, eggs, coconut flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl. Stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips and stir again.
-Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place about a tablespoon of dough onto the sheet. Continue until dough is gone.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
