This is a bodyweight burner that will target your upper body and get your heart pumping with some high intensity cardio! And, you can follow along with me in this one to make it extra fun 🙂
Arms + HIIT Cardio (video below)
Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of the following exercises that you can in 2-minutes. Then rest for 1-minute. Complete 4 total rounds.
8 – Pushups
5 – Burpees
8 – Plank-to-Pushups (4 each side)
5 – Burpees
(I go a little over on each round, about 5 seconds so that I could complete the remaining burpees)
